For the past 22 years Westlake Village has been owned and operated by Village Northwest Communities, an ownership entity which has long established itself as a company investing in Oregon manufactured home and RV communities. Village Northwest takes great pride in the appearance of all three of their Oregon communities and regularly promotes pride of ownership with incentive programs geared toward rewarding residents who regularly maintain their properties. The owner of Village Northwest is a native of the Grants Pass area.

Clubhouse – Hours of Operation
The Clubhouse at Westlake Village is open 7-days a week from 8:00am until 10:00pm and is available for use at no charge to residents of Westlake Village. Private functions require an advanced reservation and a $75 fully refundable cleaning deposit.
The Clubhouse at Westlake Village includes a fully equipped kitchen (right down to napkins and utensils), a billiard room, a library, and a large great room with seating for 75 and a comfortable lounging area with television and movies.
Daily and weekly events are published in the Westlake Village Newsletter which is printed and distributed to each homeowner on the first of the month. The Westlake Village Newsletter includes details on current events, interviews with new residents and other important information.
Regular scheduled activities at the Clubhouse include:
- Card playing clubs – Bridge, Pinochle and “Hand & Foot”
- Scrabble club
- Jigsaw puzzle group
- Bingo
- Potluck
