- Monthly site rent as of this date is scheduled to be $465.00 per month which includes weekly trash collection.
- Reservations are on a first come – first served basis and will require a one month’s site rent deposit ($465.00), fully refundable if the future resident does not meet Westlake Village’s resident screening criteria or if the site is not complete and ready for home delivery within the necessary time frame.
- All homes must be installed to the New Home Installation Standards and include attached garages.
- At this time, maximum home sizes are slated to be 28’ wide by 56’ to 60′ feet long. Home sites on Hampton Way may be limited to 28’ x 52’ homes. Please call for specific site dimensions.
